About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and client-focused Sales Designer to join our team. This hybrid role combines design consultation with sales responsibility, giving you the opportunity to help clients visualize their dream spaces while driving business growth. You will be the bridge between design creativity and project sales, ensuring a smooth client journey from concept to contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide design consultation and advice.
- Prepare and present design concepts, space planning, and material selections.
- Develop quotations, cost proposals, and sales presentations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with project and design teams to ensure proposals are feasible and cost-accurate.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and renovation compliance guidelines (HDB, BCA, URA).
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales follow-up.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in interior design sales, renovation, or related industries.
- Strong design sense with the ability to translate client needs into practical solutions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp or similar software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Own transport preferred for client and site meetings.
