Job Title: Sales Designer

Job Summary:
We are on the look out for a meticulous and motivated Sales Designer, preferably with prior sales experience to join our growing team. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage the entire customer journey, from initial consultation to project delivery while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective clients to listen and understand their renovation needs and preferences
- Come up with design proposals, concepts and material selections
- Convert leads into signed projects
- Oversee and manage projects from concept through to completion
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure budgets, timelines and expectations are clearly communicated and achieved
Requirements:
- Preferred: Some prior sales background or experience
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects
- Good understanding of design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools)
- Sales and negotiation skills are a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects assigned
