Sales /Customer Services Administrator (entry level) -
RESPONSIBILITIES
. Manage daily customer sales Purchase Order.
. Update and maintain sales price & catalogue
. Process invoice, cancellation/expired/damage stocks and issue CN
. Handle all Point of Sales Material with efficiently and effectively by Principle
. Maintain monthly Initivate Maintenance (product discount) promotion list in the system
. If needed, maintain customer list, organise Proof of Performance photos to generate promotional claims from the principals/supplier
. If needed, receive & distribute daily customers sales Invoice/PO for sales team
. Fully in-charge of all sampling and FOC items to trade with trackers
. Filing of Invoices after WMS captured
. Generate New Product Trade circular and Price Mark Up to trade
. Collaborate with principle on discontinued products, new product's pack shot and APFS
. Handle customer's call-in queries
. Upload sales items to system (ERP/DMS) when there's new SKU or change of item code and description
. Sync daily orders to WMS, consolidate all orders, raise Sales Order, upload confirmation to ERP, release order and post to sales journal
. Perform inventory adjustments, support Sales department to create and place orders to supplier on time, and Warehouse & Logistics team enquires
. Prepare & close Picking List on time, ensure data flow thru the system accurately
. Report to supplier if any discrepancy
REQUIREMENT
Education qualification - Graduates in any discipline
Language - Ability to converse, read and write fluently in basic English
Experience - Preferred with 2 years working experience in relevant field
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
