The Company manages the following leading tour operator brands: Monster Day Tours, Lion Heartlanders, 8xplore and UBE-each specializing in innovative tour concepts that connect culture, history, and community in meaningful ways.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused salesperson to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educational tours, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in handling sales enquiries, booking tours, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new sales team members.
  • Implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Support team in planning and executing sales campaign.
  • Address customer concerns and inquires promptly and professionally, and nurture strong relationships with key customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and qualify new sales channels and business opportunities through market research, networking and lead generation activities.
  • Optimise sales processes by implementing best practices in sales methodologies & tools, and continuously review and improve the sales process for efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, client preferences and market trends to identify improvement areas in sales strategy and product development.
  • Foster open communication within the team and across departments (i.e. operations, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Represent the MDT sales team in team meetings.
  • Effectively coordinate with finance team on invoicing, payment & financial matters
  • Manage post-sales communication (i.e. feedback and complaints) with empathy & professionalism, addressing their needs, and requesting customer reviews or satisfactory resolutions.
  • Generate quality monthly sales reports, providing insights and offering strategic recommendations for continuous growth.
  • Other ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and ITQ is a plus

  • Driven and willing to learn
  • Degree or diploma in business/ tourism or any related field
