Job Description
- Support Sales Team's administrative matters and quotation.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Liaise/Coordinate with Factory/Account to meet customer's delivery request.
- Process sales order and place order to factory.
- Work with sales team to ensure timeliness of order processing, shipping documentation and invoicing.
- Goods receive, small carton repacking and stock checks.
- Documents filing and mailing.
- Other admin duties assigned.
Job Requirement
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word. SAP training will be provided.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team, positive working attitude, willing to learn, multi-tasking.
- Qualification - Minimum N-Level, ITE, Diploma or relevant qualifications.
- Some sales coordination experiences in manufacturing industry may be advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with relevant sales experiences are accepted.
