Job Responsibilities:
. Assisting in Building maintenance, inspections and administrativerelated matters
. Handling to Tenants Inquiries / Requests
. Handling of Leasing units (eg. Tenancy agreement, taking over of units)
- Assist in Customer Service dept - Handle Phone calls, Issue Invoices & Filings
- Providing day-to-day administrative support
Requirements
- Good command in English
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin & Malay
- Knowledge of NAV would be an added advantage
- At least 1 year relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- WSQ certificate is required for Singaporeans / PRs
