Sales Coordinator

Job Scope / Summary:

The Sales Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes and excellent customer service. The role involves managing sales documentation, processing orders, maintaining customer records, coordinating between departments, and assisting with reporting and sales performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Order Processing:

o Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders.

o Generate sales invoices, delivery orders, and other related documents.

o Ensure accuracy in pricing, product codes, and delivery dates.

2. Customer Relationship Support:

o Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries relating to orders, deliveries, or after-sales support.

o Maintain a high level of professionalism and service in customer interactions.

3. Administrative Support:

o Maintain and update customer databases.

o Coordinate logistics with warehouse/shipping for timely deliveries.

4. Internal Coordination:

o Liaise with the sales team, warehouse, and production to ensure timely order fulfilment.

5. Documentation and Compliance:

o Ensure that all sales documentation complies with internal policies and external regulations.

o File and archive sales-related documents.

6. Inventory and Product Management:

o Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory control to ensure product availability.

o Assist in product pricing updates and catalogue maintenance.
