Job Description

KeyResponsibilities

  • Order Management: Support Sales Executive and coordinate sales-related activities within the organization
  • Customer Relation: Acting as a primary contact for all inbound inquiries regarding product availability, pricing and delivery status.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Updating and maintaining sales records, and generating monthly sales reports.
  • Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional team in fulfilling customers order promptly
  • Development: Contribute to the development of sales and customer service strategies
  • Any Ad Hoc: Assist to prepare presentations and tracking team KPIs
