Job Description

Receive, process and verify purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in customer details and payments, and coordinating timely deliveries.
Act as a point of contact, answering inquiries, resolving issues and providing product information via phone, email or in-person.
Prepare sales documents (quotes, invoices).
Liaise with other departments (Finance, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records compiling monthly sales reports.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Fresh graduate are welcome.
