Job Description
- Preparation of Quotations and Managing orders from distributors/customers, EPC projects for Asean countries.
- Acts as inside contact and liaison for internal and external customers to clarify questionable items on quotations and orders.
- Works with company affiliates on enquiries, technical and orders management.
- Ensuring all information from quotation to work process to be entered correctly into ERP system
- Utilizes various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities on continuous customer service effectiveness.
- Provide technical product solutions to customer enquiries
- Handle export shipments and documentation.
- Other related duties as may be required from time to time
Requirements
- University Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in any Engineering field is added advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales support or front customer roles with Quotations/costing experience and order management.
