Our client is a leading manufacturing company looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to be the vital link between our sales team and our customers. If you are an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring seamless order fulfilment from quote to delivery, this is the perfect role for you!
What You'll Do:
- Be the key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing timely updates on orders and deliveries
- Prepare accurate quotations and process customer purchase orders, ensuring all details are correct
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth and on-time order fulfilmen
- Prepare essential shipping documents and manage certifications like the Certificate of Origin (COO)
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and support business planning
- Support the sales team with valuable customer feedback and market insights
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Prior experience in a sales coordination, customer service, or administrative role. Experience in manufacturing is a strong advantage!
- A proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who can work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team spirit
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus, but not mandatory
- Location: North!
