Sales Support / Sales Coordinator
- Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm [ NO OT Required ]
- After confirmed entitled to 6 days WFH per month
- Location: 2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore
- Basic: $2,800 - $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus [ March ]
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as sales support, preferable in marine or engineering related products [spare parts]
- Product training provided by sales team or sales director from Italy.
- This role will mainly handle clients from Asia pacific, Singapore, Korea and Australia.
Job Scopes:
- Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations, processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Sales Coordination for the dedicated countries
- Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
- Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
- Provide full sales and daily operational support to Area Manager
