Sales Coordinator (West, Marine)

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our client growing team within the marine industry. This role plays a vital part in supporting customers throughout the sales and order fulfilment process, ensuring a high level of service, timely communication, and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal departments to manage enquiries, quotations, order processing, and delivery coordination while maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries professionally and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations to maximize order conversion opportunities.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Liaise with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
• Provide customers with regular updates on order status, delivery schedules, and shipment progress.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, orders, and related documentation.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and support continuous improvement of customer service processes.
• Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with company procedures and service standards.

Requirements

• Candidates without a diploma may be considered if they possess at least 1 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, order coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience within the marine, shipping, logistics, or engineering industry will be advantageous.
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer relationship skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
