4mths Part time PSA (Marine Parade), 22 hours per week - No exp needed HKH

Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

Requirements:

• Min N / O / A level or NITEC in any courses
• No exp needed, training provided

Working Hours (22hrs) -

Mon: 6 hours (7am - 1pm or 815am - 215pm)

Tues, Thu-Sat: 4 hours (7am - 11am or 815am - 1215pm)
