Job Description:
. Handle start to end order processing i.e. from order entry to invoicing
. Monitor shipment schedule and update internal sales and/or customers with shipment statues
. Manage customer feedbacks and requirement
. Assist in customer returns and replacement
Job Requirements:
. Min Diploma qualification or above.
. Min. 1 year Experience in industrial customer service
. Independent, self-motivated, take initiative to finish jobs according to instruction
. Team work Integrity and responsible personality
. Bilingual in English and Chinese
