Monitor tender portals (GeBIZ, BCA) and alert sales team to opportunities.
Coordinate tender submissions, collating documents, drawings, and compliance forms.
Prepare and issue quotations per pricing guidelines track status and follow up.
Maintain tender/quotation logs with proper recording and archiving.
Draft, review, and manage contracts, awards, and service agreements ensure approvals and signatures.
Maintain structured filing systems and track contract milestones, renewals, and obligations.
Update CRM with accurate client/project data generate pipeline reports and dashboards.
Serve as client contact for admin matters coordinate handovers, payments, and queries.
Support sales team with scheduling, correspondence, meetings, and onboarding documentation.
Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and company profiles.
Requirement:
. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline.
. Minimum 1 year of relevant sales administration or coordination experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or a project-based industry.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) experience with CRM tools is a plus.
. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
. Professional, client-facing disposition with a proactive attitude.
