Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and customer's purchase order.
• Process sales quotation and sales order.
• Liaison with the customer on product quality and delivery.
• Supporting sales team in administrative work.
• Monitor and assist Finance Department in collecting payment from the customers.
• Calling customer for following up outstanding documents and payments.
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time.

Requirements:

• Good time management.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
