Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle progress tracking of project(s) by monitoring task completion and identifying delays.
- Assist in project scheduling and allocation of manpower or equipment.
- Coordinate and follow up with project teams on deliverables and deadlines.
- Prepare status updates, dashboards, or progress reports.
- Handle project costing and bill-cost reconciliation.
- Maintaining project records, logs, and supporting information such as training records.
- To receive and to act on work instructions given by the supervisor.
- Provide general administrative support.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates without prior experience are welcome training will be provided.
- Prior experience in the engineering sector will be an advantage.
- Possess a minimum diploma qualification in any engineering discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
