Are you organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working with numbers We're looking for a Sales Admin / Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Process cost sheets and maintain proper filing of customer orders, quotations, delivery documents, and related support documents
Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to fulfill sales order deliverables
Track, monitor, and report on sales order progress
Consolidate and compile monthly and ad-hoc sales reports for Sales & Solutions Head
Maintain department records in accordance with ISO standards
Provide general sales administration and coordination support as assigned
Minimum GCE O Level qualification
1-2 years of experience in a Sales Admin role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Meticulous with figures and highly organized
Good communication and coordination skills
