Base Salary: $2,000 + Commission (Total Up to $3000 or more)

Monday to Saturday
8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Off: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Assist with order processing and customer follow-ups.
- Monitoring and managing the sales order pipeline to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
- Handling customer communications to ensure satisfaction and resolve basic complaints or issues.
- Coordinating with logistics and production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Updating and maintaining accurate customer and sales records
- Handling routine telephone and email enquiries from customers.
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Requirements:
- Experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a B2C or wholesale environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-pace environment.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with a diverse customer base.
