Job Summary

You will manage sales enquiries and process orders accurately to support sales operations. You will respond to customer questions, prepare sales and delivery documents, and maintain organized customer records to ensure smooth transactions and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to sales enquiries to provide accurate information and support customer decision-making
  • Process sales orders, delivery orders, and customer invoicing to ensure timely and accurate documentation
  • Communicate effectively with customers and buyers via email and telephone to maintain positive relationships
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date customer database to support sales tracking and follow-up
  • Provide administrative support to streamline sales processes and improve team efficiency
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support overall sales operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare and manage sales documents and records
  • Service-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Good communication skills to engage professionally with customers and internal teams
  • Possess at least a higher secondary/NITEC or Diploma in any field
