Job Summary
Manage warranty administration and technical support for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklifts. Coordinate documentation, liaise with principals and teams, handle customer complaints, and oversee equipment modifications to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage the design team to improve design quality and efficiency
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for a variety of projects.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Manage warranty administration processes for forklifts and industrial trucks to ensure timely claims and service
- Coordinate and track submission of warranty documentation across all service centres and principals to maintain compliance
- Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support for Material Handling Equipment to resolve operational issues
- Liaise with principals and cross-functional teams to report and update on abnormal breakdown cases for prompt resolution
- Update and maintain technicians laptops with relevant MHE information to support field service efficiency
- Arrange and coordinate forklift modifications as requested by customers to meet specific operational needs
- Prepare detailed accident and incident reports to document safety and operational events
- Attend to and resolve customer complaints to maintain high service satisfaction and client relationships
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience servicing and repairing industrial equipment and machines, including at least 2 years troubleshooting industrial equipment
- Valid Class 3 driving license
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
