- Position : Sales Coordinator
- Location : Redhill
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus + Yearly Increment + 10 - 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales and logistics operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare, track, and analyse sales data and reports to identify trends and improve performance
- Identify new business opportunities and support business expansion
- Work closely with drivers, technicians, and admin staff to ensure efficient coordination
- Manage email correspondence and maintain proper documentation
- Review contracts, agreements, and tenders, and summarise key points for the Director's review
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Managing Director
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level, Diploma, or higher
- Comfortable reporting directly to the Managing Director in a professional and fast-paced environment
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
