Our Client is a regional wholesale trading and distribution hub for electronic components and materials.
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, communicating with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. You will be attached with another sales coordinator to perform OJT, and below responsibilities in first 3 months.
【Responsibilities】
- Process and manage customer orders through the company's order management system.
- Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery priorities with the sales team.
- Communicate delivery dates, shipment status, and order updates to customers in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the factory in Japan to confirm production schedules, delivery dates, and shipping arrangements.
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues that may impact delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, shipments, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination duties as required.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within established timelines and deadlines.
【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Diploma holder
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator within a Trading/Manufacturing firm, ideally within semiconductor or electronics
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with customers, sales representatives, factories, and internal teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
(Advantageous)
- Experience using an order management system.
