Job Description

Company Overview

The client is a young and energetic Singapore-based recruitment agency focusing on both local and foreign recruitment.

Job Summary

You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to manage orders, documentation, and customer requests efficiently while maintaining clear communication and supporting smooth customer service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers and sales team to provide certified true copies of acknowledged invoices and delivery orders upon request
  • Follow up with sales personnel and customers to ensure completion of Account Opening and Credit Application Forms
  • Prepare and submit orders and applications related to customer management, such as hamper or flower stand orders and vehicle pass applications
  • Deliver required certification documents to customers accurately and promptly
  • Handle customer calls and process orders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

Benefits

  • Company transport provided to Admiralty MRT at 5pm for 8am-5pm shift and from Admiralty MRT at 8am for 9am-6pm shift
  • Meals provided

Work Schedule

  • 6-day work week including public holidays, or
  • 5-day work week excluding public holidays

Work Hours

  • 8am to 5pm, or
  • 9am to 6pm, or
  • 1pm to 10pm (no company transport available)
