As a Sales Coordinator (Offshore/ Marine, West Region), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Sales Enquiries & Quotations: Handle and assess customer enquiries and technical queries for offshore products, including rigging and consumables, and prepare accurate technical/commercial quotations.

• Order Management: Manage sales orders from PO receipt through invoicing and final delivery.

• Technical Coordination: Liaise with Engineering, Production, Warehouse, Service and Procurement teams to ensure technical requirements, drawings and certifications are fulfilled.

• Logistics & Documentation: Coordinate with freight forwarders and manage import/export shipping documentation.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide sales support where required.

• Sales Administration: Maintain accurate customer and sales records through internal ERP systems and e-filing.

• Payment Follow-Up: Assist the Accounts team with outstanding payment follow-ups when required.

• Ad Hoc Support: Perform other duties and assignments as assigned.

Requirement:

• Possess a Diploma or equivalent.

• With 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or sales support related.
