JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, issue Invoice and reports
Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
Coordinate and monitor incoming shipments, ensure timely fulfilment, proper documentation and tracking
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory updates
Assistin scheduling deliveries
Support general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and adhoc duties
REQUIREMENT:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Competent in using MS Excel and Words
Analytical and meticulous
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
WORKING HOURS
Monday-Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm
No Overtime required
