Job Description:
- Manage sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate order consolidation
- Ensure customer orders are processed promptly and invoices are issued accurately and on time
- Compile and prepare shipping documentation for export clearance (e.g., Bill of Lading, packing list, shipping certificates, declarations, certificate of origin, marine insurance)
- Provide stakeholders with timely updates on cargo estimated arrival and departure schedules
- Work closely with the Logistics Department on delivery timelines and inventory-related matters
- Ensure all invoices from external service providers (e.g., freight forwarders) are submitted promptly to the Accounts Department for processing
- Support the handling of warranty and insurance claim procedures
- Maintain well-organized and accurate records of all sales and shipping documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics Management or any related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Logistics Coordinator
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
