Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support in the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and inquiries
  • Prepare quotations and sales orders to customers and sales representatives on timely manner
  • Interact with customers to ensure thorough sales and quotation follow-up
  • Preparation of documents for submission to customer's portal
  • Inform customers of any unforeseen delays or problems
  • Demonstrate expertise and accountability in managing Key Accounts.
  • Liaise with operations team to ensure timely deliveries to customers
  • Identify areas of improvements on work processes regularly
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Lead/Directors

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in related field
  • Problem-solver and possess positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and also team oriented.
