Sales Coordinator
We're a trading company specialising in lights, and we're looking for a Sales Coordinator who enjoys working with people, staying organised and learning about products to support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide admin support to the sales team
- Liaise with the team on product strategies and updates
- Assist walk-in customers with enquiries about lighting products
- Answer phone calls and emails, and prepare quotations
- Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries
- Source and compare product prices from suppliers
- Maintain proper filing of documents (digital and paper)

- Keen to learn and grow with the team
- Good communication skills to connect with customers and colleagues
- Comfortable with IT tools and quick to adapt to new systems
