Job Summary
You will support sales operations by managing assigned accounts, updating the sales pipeline, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and resolution of issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts to maintain accurate records and support sales activities
- Update the sales pipeline regularly to reflect current sales opportunities and progress
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries to provide accurate information and support
- Prepare detailed quotations including P&L information and submit approval emails to the Head of Department
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes and schedule deliveries as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve conflicts and share relevant information
- Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
