Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate order processing from receipt to delivery.
Work closely with departments to ensure smooth workflow .
Act as the main point of contact between salesteam, internal departments and related business partners.
Ensure timely delivery and resolve delivery issues.
Communicate updates on orders.
Prepare and manage sales documents (quotation, invoices and delivery orders, etc).
Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up to date.
Maintain filing systems for sales records and documents.
Handle customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Other ac-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Key Skills Required:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent on both English and Chinese to liaise with English and Chinese speaking customers and suppliers.
