Acez Instruments Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our production operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between planning, materials, and production teams to achieve operational efficiency and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production jobs with the Sensor & Machining teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Monitor production efficiency, lead time, and cost-effectiveness

• Support quality standards under the guidance of the Production Manager

• Manage material planning, including monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely availability of materials

• Coordinate closely with procurement on material requirements and replenishment

• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for production planning

• Uphold a high standard of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork in daily operations

Requirements

• Candidates with secondary education or above are welcome to apply

• Able to use Microsoft Office for production planning

• Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams
