Role and responsibility:

Involve managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and other virtual channels, providing product information, creating quotations, and processing sales orders.

Play a key role in building customer relationships and potentially contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities of an Indoor Sales Role:

• Responding to inquiries:

Handling incoming calls and emails from potential and existing customers, addressing their questions and providing product information.

• Quoting and Sales Documentation:

Preparing and sending out sales quotations, processing sales orders, and potentially generating invoices.

• Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, potentially through follow-up calls and communication, to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Order Fulfilment and Follow-up:

Monitoring the progress of customer orders, expediting fulfilment, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Problem Solving and Complaint Handling:

Addressing customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring resolution.

• Communication Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers effectively.

• Sales Skills:

A basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities is beneficial.

• Record Keeping: Managing databases, updating records, and preparing reports
