Provide sales and administrative support to recruitment consultants, including coordination of job orders, candidate profiles, and client requirements.
Liaise with clients and candidates to schedule interviews, follow up on hiring progress, and support placement activities.
Prepare and manage recruitment-related documents such as quotations, service agreements, LOAs, and offer letters.
Maintain accurate records, sales reports, and recruitment data in internal systems in compliance with company policies and MCF requirements.
Experience in sales coordination, recruitment support, or administrative roles preferred.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
