Job Description

  • Provided administrative support by managing office supplies, company records, correspondence, and scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Assisted the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, presentations, and coordinating meetings and training sessions.
  • Processed customer orders, handled enquiries and complaints, and ensured timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitored sales performance by maintaining sales data, preparing reports, and tracking trends to support business decisions.
  • Coordinated communication between sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.

Requirement:

  • With 1 year working experience as an administrative and sales support.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Additional Information:

  • Up to $3800
  • Located in Jurong East (Walking distance to office)
