Sales Coordinator (Freight Forwarding)

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field

• No experience required - training will be provided

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn

• Willing to attend logistics conferences, networking events, and meet overseas agents/partners when required

• Interest in logistics / freight forwarding industry will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Client Development: Primarily focus on developing new freight customers.

• Support the sales team with quotations, rate requests, and customer follow-ups

• Coordinate with operations team for shipment arrangements and documentation

• Maintain and update customer records and sales reports

• Handle customer enquiries and provide logistics solutions

• Assist in preparing sales proposals and service agreements

• Monitor shipment status and update customers accordingly

• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the sales team
