You will handle customer communications and sales support by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, advising on schedules, and preparing work orders to ensure smooth production and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries and customer requests via phone to provide accurate information and support
- Prepare official quotations accurately to support sales processes
- Receive customer orders and follow up to ensure timely processing and fulfillment
- Check production and delivery schedules and advise customers to manage expectations and planning
- Prepare detailed work orders to facilitate efficient production workflow
- Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, to interact with clients and internal teams
- Use Mandarin language skills to communicate clearly with Mandarin-speaking clients
