Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales team in administration and coordination.
  • To perform certain administrativework and maintain proper filling.
  • To liaise and coordinate with the sales partners for sales support tasks.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Attending to call-in and email sales enquiries, order processing and providing sales and customer support.
  • Maintain and ensure customer listing is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate requirements and activities to salesperson.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum.
  • Nitec/O/Diploma Level qualifcation Experience in basic sales knowledge.
  • logistics knowledge / experience preferred.
  • Possess initiative, able to work independently.
  • Strong communications skill and organising skills, ability to multi-task.
  • Able to converse and write in English and Mandarin.
  • Mandarin language will be an advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers occasionally.
  • Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
