Perform sales administration and order management functions.
Process all job orders accurately to facilitate smooth billing.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide relevant support and assistance to the team.
Tabulate and prepare monthly sales reports
Manage of inventories and highlight if there will be any shortage
Monitor and manage shipment backlogs to support revenue goals, proactively identifying risks to order fulfilment or revenue recognition for management review.
Assist with accounts receivables and payment tracking (ie. following-up and recording payments, flagging overdue accounts, etc.)
Assist in order processing, quotation and delivery arrangements
Update and maintain proper filing systems and records
Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the company
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Qualification in releavent field
Able to work independently or as a team
Organized, meticulous and attention to details
Have initiative and good attitude
Ability to multi-task, well-organized, time management skills, strong written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
