Sales Coordinator (Electronics Components)

Job Description

Our company is an electronics components distributor specializing in products such as integrated circuits (ICs), diodes, transistors and connectors. The company headquarters is based in China and we are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities

• Handle sales enquiries, quotations and related order processing

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and in-person visits

• Participate in exhibitions and other marketing activities

• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales operations

• Perform other administrative or ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma qualification or above

• 1-3 years of sales experience in electronic components or related industry preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese to liaise with clients
