What You'll Do
- Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
- Process sales orders accurately and follow through until delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Maintain sales records, track order status, and update customer accounts.
- Minor support in purchasing role for engineering components & parts
- Support the sales team with administrative and reporting tasks.
Requirement:
- Experience & familiar with sales coordination
- Entry level is welcome to apply as there may have opening for entry position with training given
- Savvy in computer skills
- Ability to communicate effective among team/supplier/vendors
