Sales Coordinator / Customer Support Officer

Location: Ang Mo Kio TechPlace
Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities

Provide professional and timely customer service by handling enquiries, orders, quotations, service requests, concerns and escalations.
Proactively update customers and senior management on order and shipment status, potential risks and recommended solutions.
Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolution of customer issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal departments and senior management.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including customer reports and operational records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, sales support, order fulfilment or customer support.
Experience in the machinery, equipment or technical services industry will be an added advantage.
Able to provide support after office hours when required for urgent customer matters.
