Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator will have a key role in helping us to achieve our
aggressive sales goals. You play a large role in maintaining our
reputation for excellent products and superior customer satisfaction.
You are also required to provide support to our sales representatives,
ensuring healthy inventory to sales ratio and impeccable, all-around
customer service.
Candidates should be goal-oriented, initiative and have a strong
knowledge of customer service best practices. We are seeking someone who
thrives on a team and is committed to success.
Job Description
- Support Sales team on general administration and pre & post customer service
- Handle general enquires, telephone enquiries, follow-up with sales quotation with local & overseas customers
- Prepare quotations and liase with Sales team and Management to ensure accuracy
- Follow up on customers orders
- Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support
- Inventory planning & management, and maintain inventory status
- Assist in tender clarification and submission with accuracy and timeliness
- Any other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Min. Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate or Diploma
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
