- 5 days work week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat), Off day - Wednesday, Rest on Sunday & PH - 8am to 5pm
- $2300 to $2800 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
Job scope
- Answering phone calls, replying emails, answering customer queries, providing information, taking and processing orders
- Liaise with clients directly if there's delivery or stock issues
- Communicate with logistics for delivery arrangement
- Prepare packing list for warehouse
- Handling salmon factory yield rate report and stock in
- Matching signed delivery order invoice with tax invoice
- Daily sales report submission
- Mailing invoices to clients
- Filing of invoices
- Preparing of sticker labelling
