Responsibilities
End-to-End Order Management: Lead the full sales cycle including preparing detailed RFQs, accurate order entry, proactive delivery tracking, and timely billing/invoicing.
Supply Chain Liaison: Coordinate with Group Procurement to manage principal/supplier relations, specifically addressing inventory availability, parts supersession (interchangeability), and quality discrepancy resolutions.
Operational Integration: Act as the primary bridge between the Parts Sales Team with warehouse to streamline fulfilment and ensure On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
Contract & Tender Management: Monitor active sales contracts for compliance and lead the administrative preparation for new sales tenders and bids.
Financial Reporting & Analytics: Generate monthly performance dashboards including sales revenue, margin analysis, and Accounts Receivable (AR) status to support management decision-making.
Inventory Oversight: Manage and report on customer consignment stock, ensuring physical counts align with system records and identifying slow-moving items.
Strategic Support: Execute ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager to support departmental growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales coordination or logistics
Systems Expertise: High-level proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
Advanced Data Skills: Must be an Advanced Excel user (capable of VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data cleaning).
Industry Background: Prior experience in customer support for public transportation networks or large-scale automotive fleets is highly preferred.
Competencies: Strong numerical literacy and the ability to navigate technical parts catalogs with high attention to detail.
