To assist the Supervisor in identifying client's needs, inside sales coordination, pricing to close the deal and post-sale follow up.
- Ability to develop new business and manage existing accounts
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in meetings or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Prepare sales quotations and follow up on purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, distributors, resellers, manufacturers and other relevant stakeholders on quotation and negotiate pricing
- Collaborate with team members on job deployments
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
