Job Description

  • Coordinate & processing of related sales matters preparing DO, sales invoices.
  • Experience dealing with customers, creating quotations and invoices, and coordinating delivery dates.
  • Understanding of B2B (corporate sales) with local and oversea clients
  • Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.

Requirements :-

  • Knowledge of the semiconductor and electronic parts industry
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics.
  • Hand on knowledge of using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
  • Working with a multinational team and build trust with customers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and work independently
  • Multitasking and flexibility and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to respond to sudden changes and problems.
  • Working location at Shenton Way Area
  • This is a one year Contract Assignment and candidate must be able to start work immediately
