Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing sales orders, coordinating logistics, and supporting internal teams in a dynamic environment. No prior experience is required - training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Quotations, Invoices, and Delivery Orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in packing and preparing goods to be ready for delivery.
- Arrange for deliveries by liaising with courier or delivery vendors.
- Update inventory records in the system and ensure stock accuracy.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order requirements and lead times.
- Respond to customer enquiries and assist with follow-ups on orders.
- Maintain proper filing of documents, orders, and customer records.
- Optional: Assist in artwork creation using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Optional: Contribute design suggestions for product customization.
Skills & Requirements
- Singaporean / Permanent Resident only.
- Comfortable using a computer and familiar with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
