Job Summary

Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and promoting ERP solutions. Manage the sales cycle and collaborate with teams to deliver tailored software solutions that meet client needs and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within SME and enterprise sectors to expand market presence
  • Promote ERP solutions including SAP Business One, Cloud, and AI integrations to potential clients through targeted outreach
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and solution demonstrations to communicate value and fit
  • Analyze client requirements and propose customized software solutions that address their business challenges
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation to deal closure, ensuring pipeline progression
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and repeat business
  • Collaborate closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets to contribute to company growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (preferably in ERP / IT / software solutions)
  • Strong understanding of business processes (finance, inventory, operations)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage with decision-makers and business owners
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One or ERP systems is an added advantage
